Return Policy

What is our Returns Policy?

We have a very flexible returns policy which is absolutely customer friendly. If you do not find our product satisfying, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

• It should be unused.
• It should be unwashed. We don't want you to waste your detergent!
• The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging should be present
• The product should be returned within 3 days
• COD (Cash on delivery) orders are not returnable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the cardholder. Refund of cancelled orders will be provided on source account within 7-10 working days
