Return Policy

  • The goods once delivered cannot be returned.
  • Regency Exports Pvt Ltd is not responsible for damage of goods after delivery. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be reported to customer service on the delivery date.
  • Note:- Please make a video while opening a box otherwise customer will not get any replacement of breakage product during delivery.
  • If the product is damaged we will provide replacement in 7-10 working days

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the cardholder.
  • Refund of cancelled orders will be provided on source account within 7-10 working days
